Sales Development Representative (SDR)

To support our growth, we are adding a sales development rep (SDR) to the team. This critical role requires strong communication skills to help advance our market position and build our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries
  • Demonstrate commitment to setting up quality meetings by effectively handling objections
  • Partner with closers to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate across marketing and sales to maximize quality leads and create winnable opportunities
  • Lead high level conversations with mid and senior level executives in marketing and advertising
  • Become an expert in our products so you can be a conversation starter and thought leader in our target markets

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree
  • At least one year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectually curious and great listening skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent time management skills
