We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist who can work with small to medium size businesses as well as some of the largest brands and agencies in the world.
Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the maximum value from our products/services and achieve their desired outcomes. You will work closely with customers throughout their journey with the company, helping onboard them, navigate challenges, optimize usage, and stay engaged. Your goal will be to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through product setup and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals, helping them achieve success with our products/services.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales, support, and product teams to ensure customers’ needs are being met.
- Monitor and track customer health, usage metrics, and engagement to identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for improvement.
- Educate customers on best practices, product updates, and new features to help them succeed.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Assist with renewals, contract extensions, and other customer retention efforts.
- Advocate for the customer within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and considered in all aspects of our operations.
- Proficient in understanding how our offerings work from a customer and internal perspective
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A customer-first attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track customer metrics and performance.
• Experience in the Out of Home and/or digital media space (preferred).
• A positive, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
